Left Side Of The Face / Lewa połowa twarzy by Marcin Bortkiewicz (PL 2013, 13 min)
The film follows photographer Leszek Krutulski as he creates an interesting artistic project. Travelling the length and breadth of Poland, he invites people (of all ages, races, nationalities, outlooks on life and sexual orientations) to an impromptu photographic studio. If they agree, he then takes a photo of the left side of their face. He will photograph the right side in ten years time.

Down On The Corner / Kód Ćoška by Nikola & Corina Schwingruber Ilić (RS/CH 2013, 15 min) web trailer
Beer, cigarettes or margarine, the corner store in Sirca has it all. It's the meeting point of those who didn't emigrate. No work, no money, but a lot of humour and friendship. Everyday life in central Serbia and maybe soon all over Europe?

Central Station Sofia by Alberto Iordanov (BG/UK 2013, 13 min)
Welcome to the surreal world of Central Station Sofia. Along the way you will encounter an empty hotel, a moving pine tree, hunters, forgotten glory from the past as well as hope pinned to a lottery ticket. It is a mosaic film that combines fragments from the lives of those who are a part of the biggest railway station in the Balkans.

V.I.P. Vietnamese Important People by Lukáš Kokeš (CZ 2013, 26 min) web
They’re young, ambitious and talented, and they want to be the best. A documentary about three 20-year-old Vietnamese struggling with identity and social status. Are they Czech, or still Vietnamese? Isn’t the Czech Republic too small and boring for them?

Fish Man / Człowiek Ryba by Krzysztof Sienkiewicz & Hermanos de Chamuco (PL 2014, 8 min)
A quest for a meaning of life and beauty in greenish-greyish emptiness of winter river.

Maria by Claudiu Mitcu (RO 2013, 19 min)
A poignant testimony about the final hours in the life of an old lady getting ready for the ultimate journey in the company of her family and friends.

Just The Way It Is… / Bot Tak... by Bernadett Tuza-Ritter (RU/HU 2013, 13 min) web
An affectionate portrait of a fragile yet strong Russian woman who behaves like Dostoevsky's lonely hero of the second class on the Trans-Siberian Railway. The journey with her through the frozen Siberian wasteland offers a glimpse into the Russian soul… and human capacity to endure life’s trials.

Survey about Men / Sonda o mężczyznach by Mateusz Głowacki (PL 2014, 30 min) trailer
What do women want? This question has tormented men  for a long time. The film offers an opportunity to find out about their expectations and dreams. Its characters, young, active and smart women  take apart their ideas of contemporary men. They discuss relationships, expectations from partners and the intricacies of the female mentality, impossible to explore by the opposite sex. All is served with tongue in cheek and distance.
