Peter is an ordinary guy whose every day is the same as the last one. Trapped in the confines of his own life, he feels lost everywhere. At home he is terrorised by his own mother, at work he is humiliated by his boss and his colleagues. He isn't strong enough to reject the sexual advances of his female colleagues. He is also too shy to talk to the only one he likes. Dreaming is his only escape from a tough reality. When his colleague at the office commits suicide, Peter goes through a breakdown. He has to find a way out in order not to become the next victim. One day he sneaks into an army base to pick hallucinogenic mushrooms. So begins the psychedelic trip that will change his life. A wild comedy with hints of an expedition to Africa… Director's statement: "The movie shows the hero's struggle to find 'himself' in an ironic way, mixing the reality of life's tragedy with absurd exaggerations and dealing with serious questions with a light touch".
