Mr. Tau, a good-natured gentleman wearing a bowler hat, is children’s best friend and always appears exactly at the moment when they need him. This time he shows up on an aircraft wing. This causes turbulence not only above the clouds, but also on Earth. While they are looking for him, he is hiding away inside a cage in a storage hall where Bimbo the Elephant is awaiting dispatch. As if that were not enough, he also loses his magic hat, which is later found by the animal keeper...

Pan Tau, l’aimable Monsieur au chapeau melon, est un ami des enfants, qui apparaît toujours au moment, où ils ont besoin de lui. Cette fois-ci il surgit sur la voilure d’un avion. Cela crée non seulement des turbulences au-dessus des nuages, mais aussi sur la terre. Tandis qu’on le cherche activement, il se tient caché dans une cage dans un hall de dépôt, où l’éléphant Bimbo attend son expédition. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, il y perd par surcroît son chapeau magique, repéré par le gardien des animaux…
