Dan Přibáň

Dan Přibáň has been engaged in films since the beginning of the 90’s. He organised the film festival of amateur and art-house movies, The Dream Land (Vysnena zem), between 2002 and 2008 and co-founded CSO Underfilm, uniting Czech and Slovak amateur and art-house film makers. He has worked with Czech Television since 2007 (namely Objektiv – Objective magazine) and specialises in motor-themed travelogue documentaries. Přibáň has driven his yellow Trabant across the Silk Road (Trabant on the Silk Road ), crossed Africa from north to south (Trabant Goes to Africa), made an expedition through South America (Trabant vs. South America) and journeyed across Australia and the Pacific Islands (Trabant - From Australia To Bangkok). Trabant: There and Back Again is his latest documentary, ending the journey of the yellow Trabants across the continents in style.
