Valon Bajgora

Valon Bajgora is a producer and assistant director. He was born in Prishtina, Kosovo, where he spent his childhood. In 1990, he emigrated with his family to Germany. From 2004 to 2008 he studied Film directing at the Marubi Film & Multimedia Academy in Tirana, Albania. He worked in various film productions as an assistant Director and Production manager, both in Tirana and Berlin. In 2011, he co-founded “Ikonë Studio”, a Prishtina-based production company. Valon aspires to become a co-producing bridge for Balkans and for international film productions. In 2017, he became the youngest member of the European Film Academy member (EFA).
