Geoff Thompson

Geoff Thompson moved from Ireland to Luxembourg over 30 years ago. He founded the British & Irish Film Festival Luxembourg (BIFFL) in 2010 and has been organizing that festival every year since. He has also organized other film-related events, including the Nordic Film Festival and the St Patrick’s Film Days, and advises organizations on planning such multi-screening events. In addition, he reviews films for the Chronicle.lu online newspaper and is an active member of the Association Luxembourgeoise de la Presse Cinématographique (ALPC).
