Veselka Kiryakova

Veselka Kiryakova, born in Bulgaria, has graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia, where she studied Film Editing. She is an editor of many Bulgarian and international shorts and documentary films, but her first feature film as a producer was Alienation (Отчуждение, 2013), conceived and directed by Milko Lazarov. In 2018 she produced Ága which closed this year’s Berlinale out of competition. Producer at Red Carpet, she was selected for EFP's 2018 Producers on the Move at the 71st Cannes Film Festival.
