During its 15th edition, the CinEast film festival puts the spotlight on the Czech Republic, or Czechia, a country with a long and successful film tradition. This year’s “Focus on Czechia” goes hand-in-hand also with the current Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union. More information

Dmytro Sukholytkyy-Sobchuk is a Ukrainian author and filmmaker, and a graduate of the National I.K. Karpenko-KaryTheatre, Cinema and Television University in Kyiv. He has participated in the Berlinale Talents and Locarno Film Academy and is the founder of the script platform Terrarium. More information
Antonie Formanová is the daughter of the Czech actor Petr Forman and granddaughter of the famous director Miloš Forman. She is a student at Prague’s theatre school DAMU, in the Department of alternative and puppet theatre.
